Rolf Lumpe Founder | President & CEO
Asia-Europe expert with more than 20 years of technology and international
business expertise, having developed extensive relationships within the telecom
and media industry such as NTT, Softbank, 20th Century Fox, DreamWorks and Sony
Pictures. He founded MRS Corporation, a NexGen media aggregation and content
distributor for broadband and established GMC as managing partner, providing
business and technology consulting services. As President of Vocaltec
Communications, he established and managed operations in Japan and Korea; as
Senior Manager at Nortel Networks he was responsible for business development in
Asia, strategic marketing in Europe, and carrier sales, focusing on multimedia
carrier services. He completed a master degree in electronics from Aachen
University of Technology (Germany/Japan) and attended INSEAD Business School
(France). |

Troy Burgess Partner | Chief Creative
With over 30 years of experience in entertainment, Mr. Burgess contributes a
wealth of in-depth knowledge to every project and company he is associated with.
As a Producer, he has created and developed for clients such as Toyota, Intel,
Panasonic, NEC, NTT DoCoMo, NIKE, Sega Sammy, Maybelline and many others. His
career is as diversified in front of the camera as it is behind it, achieving
many successes as both producer and performer. He has worked and collaborated
with some of the biggest names in music, television and film, such as Michael
Bay, Kenny Ortega, John Landis, Brandon Tartikoff, Rob Marshall, Whitney
Houston, Elton John, Prince and Michael Jackson, just to name a few. Currently
known in the industry as a cultural, entertainment conduit, he is able to offer
markets reliable relationships in the ongoing pursuit of high quality content
and entertainment while keeping costs at reasonable levels. |

Ataru Onuma Business Development (external)
Mr. Onuma has more than 20 years of finance and business development experiences.
During his career he served as Vice President at Goldman Sachs Securities before assuming responsibility of the Market Finance Division at Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank (now called Mizuho Bank). Subsequently he held various director positions at Rabo Securities Asia and CTR Ventures.
Mr. Onuma joined Nikko Cordial antfactory in 2001 as Managing Director responsible for technology, Internet and media investment projects. He is a graduate in BA and Computer Science from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon USA

Eric Beall Media Coordinator (external)
With executive experience that spans both music publishing and record company A&R, as well as an earlier career as a successful songwriter and record producer, Eric Beall brings a unique perspective to the creative challenges of developing songs and songwriters. As a consultant for Shapiro Bernstein, Eric has already brought new excitement to that legendary company, acquiring the Andy Goldmark catalog (featuring classic songs like “Crush” by Jennifer Paige, and “Soul Provider” for Michael Bolton), Good Groove Music (including the smash hit “Put Your Records On” for Corinne Bailey Rae), and new writer/artist Ruth Anne Cunningham, who wrote the Billboard-topping “Too Little Too Late” for Jojo, as well as the currently charting “Over It” for American Idol Katherine McPhee. In his previous role as senior A&R executive for Zomba Music, Jive Records, and Sony/ATV Music, Eric Beall worked with top writers and producers like Billy Mann, Jesse Harris, Stargate, Wayne Hector and Andrea Martin. At Zomba Music, he developed material for Jive Records superstars like the Backstreet Boys, Britney Spears, NSYNC, and Aaron Carter, as well as top-selling soundtracks like “Jimmy Neutron” and “The Wild Thornberrys”.
